2025 W-2s

The IRS requires employers to send W-2 forms by January 31 each year. Our PICS payroll team is finalizing 2025 records and will ensure your W-2 is sent by January 31, 2026.

  • Electronic Delivery: If you have already opted for electronic W-2s, it will be emailed to the address we have on file.
  • Mail Delivery: If you chose mail, please allow two weeks for delivery before requesting a resend. Resend requests will be processed after February 16.

Receive Your W-2 Electronically

If you haven’t signed up yet, you still have time! The deadline is January 12, 2026.

  • Look for an email titled “PICS Consent to Electronic Form W-2” and click the link to consent.
  • Can’t find the email? Contact [email protected] or call 651.967.5065 for a new link.

Important: If you need a paper copy for your tax preparer but opted for electronic delivery, you’ll need to print it yourself. Local libraries and office supply stores offer printing services.

PICS provides either an electronic W-2 or a mailed copy — not both.

Change of Address

If you receive your W-2 by mail and have moved, update your address immediately:

New for 2025: No Tax on Overtime (2025–2028)

A major update for 2025 taxes:

  • What it means: If you earn overtime pay, you can deduct the extra amount above your regular rate (the “half” part of time-and-a-half required by FLSA).
  • Eligibility: Applies to amounts shown on W-2, Box 14, or similar statements.
  • Deduction Limits:
    • Up to $12,500 per year (or $25,000 for joint filers).
  • Income Phase-Out:
    • Deduction reduces if your modified AGI exceeds $150,000 (or $300,000 for joint filers).
